Price of an economical tour per man: 9650 rubles - under 4 men. Price of an economical tour includes: 7 days in high mountains. Ascents accompanied by skilled instructors accoding to the programme; cross - country vehicle (GAZ - 66); all transfer`s services; board and lodging; accomodation in a hotel accoding to the programme; parting dinner; insurance - policy.

Requirements: Minimal experience of fulfilled mountain ascents is desirable, but it isn`t necessary condition. Ascents are fulfilled under the leadership of the skilled guides, who work regularly through this itinerary and who train mountain climbing. In any case, it is necessary to be fit and hard-bitten.It is good if you could help with camp works. Preliminary consultation with the doctor is recommended. Disregard of comfort. Outfit: Personal: Good warm waterproof boots for mountain climbing (mounts for boots are required). Sleeping bag keeping warmth if the temperature is below 10 degrees С. Outfit for mountain climbing (approximate list: downy coat with hood, waistcoat, waterproof costume with hood that protects from wind, trousers made of synthepone, sweater, warm gloves, knitted cap), rucksack containing 90-110l, rucksack in occasion of storm (not of obligation), rug. As for power nutrition, it is advisable to take food additions and vitamines. It is good to have your own climber`s outfit. Our travel agency provides: double or triple frame tents of high quality, camp-fire`s set, tent-cloth, dishes. Programme of realization of the tour: 1st day: Arrival to Barnaul. Breakfast in a cafe. Deplacement to the office. Then transfer to the touristic complex "Ivolga". The passage lasts about 6 hours. Accomodation in the cottages found among pine-trees` forest. 2nd day: Passage to the village Kuray lasts about 8 hours ( from this place up to Mongolian frontier - 140 km). Dinner in Altai`s ail (village) during the trip will acquaint the participants with peculiarities of national meals. Then having crossed Kuraiskaya` hollow (1700 m above sea level), participants get to the ancient "moreniy" bank (it means sandy hills). The cross - country vehicle (GAZ - 66) picks up tourists there. For the purpose of safety participants go on foot along the river Actru ( for about 2 hours), burden goes by car. Accomodation in the wooden cottages near the lake "Sachki" or in the tents (2200 m above sea level.). There is the life-saving detachment`s base over there. Camp-fire. From this moment guides cook meals on fire. 3-d day: Achievement of the glacier "Maliy Actru". Preparation for the mountain ascents. Theoratical and practical training. Meals on glacier. Going down to the camping. Camp-fire. Free time. 4-th day: Training ascent to the mountain peak "Cupola of three lakes" (3750 m). Itinerary of the 1-st cathegory of difficulty. At first, the ascent goes by "pourring" passage up to "Green hotel". There are beautiful sights of nearby mountain ridges, valleys and Kuraiskaya` hollow in this point of the itinerary. A small cabin of glaciologs (men who study glaciers) is found on the plateau. Then ascent to the peak for 2 hours. Return to the camping. Totally, ascent takes about 9 hours. 5-th day: Before dinner - preparation of the outfit and other equipement for mountain climbing. After dinner - going along the river Actru, passing by "Sheeps` foreheads" (a type of round mountains that hang over other hills) higher through the glacier "Bolshoi Actru" to reach "Blue lake" (2900 m above sea level). Ascent lasts 2-3 hours. The participants break up tents there for the next two nights and ascents. Preparation for the ascent to the peak "Kizil-Tash" (3800 m). Nights in double tents. 6-th day: Going out of the camping at 8 a.m.. Ascent to the peak "Kizil-Tash" (3800 m). Itinerary of the 1-st cathegory of difficulty goes by "pourring" passage up to the pass, then along the rocky crest through the snowy passageway to the peak. Recreation. There is wonderful sight of neaby mountain ridges from this point. Descent to " Blue lake". Night in tents. 7-th day: Ascent early in the morning (at 5 a.m.) to the peak "Actru"(4075 m). Itinerary of the 3-d cathegory of difficulty goes through two steps of ice-fall of the glacier "Bolshoi Actru" up to the east crest. Attention - clefts! Ascent along the relatively precipitous and stony passage. Stony crest brings to icy and snowy hillside. Half and hour`s ascent accomplished (using of climber`s outfit) participants are on the peak. There is a fantastic landscape there. Descent to the camping. Night in cottages. 8-th day: Last day in Actru Valley is devoted to recreation. Going to bath-house. Last dinner in cottages. Evening near the camp-fire. Night in wooden cottages. 9-th day: Participants leave Actru gorge under 6 a.m.. Going back by bus for 2 days. Night in the touristic complex "Ivolga" during the way. 10-th day: Arrival to Barnaul. Accomodation in the hotel "Barnaul" (double-rooms with private shower-baths, lavatory, TV). Parting dinner in the cafe. 11-th day: Transfer to the airport. Take-off time (to Moscow) at 8: 50 a.m.(regional time).
